§1 General provisions
The Newsletter Service Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) shall define the rights and obligations of the Service Provider and the Customer as well as the scope and terms of Newsletter Service provision by electronic means, including the terms of activation and deactivation of the service and the complaint procedure available to the Customer.
Drafting of the Newsletter Service Regulations (hereinafter: “Regulations”) fulfils the obligation specified in Article 8(1) item 1 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 123, as amended).
These Regulations shall be established on the basis of Article 8(1) item 1 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
The following companies shall be the Service Provider:

Dobra 40 (00-344 Warsaw), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register held by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000541501, NIP (tax ID) 7792022623, REGON (statistical no.) 631226810 (hereinafter referred to as “GWW Legal”),
GWW Ladziński, Cmoch i Wspólnicy Spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Dobra 40 (00-344 Warsaw), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register held by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000956566, NIP (tax ID) 7010313649, REGON (statistical no.) 145496595 (hereinafter referred to as “GWW Tax”),
further in this document also referred to collectively or separately as “Service Provider” or “GWW”,
The Newsletter Service provided by the Service Provider involves making available by GWW to the Customer, on a free of charge and regular basis, upon the Customer’s consent and a previously placed order (subscription), in accordance with the principles set out in these Regulations and to the e-mail address provided by the Customer, informative content that covers in particular law-related information, including selected information on amendments to the current law, practice-related comments, most recent case law, citations and analyses of selected judgments, as well as information about GWW and GWW’s products and services.
The Customer shall be a natural person, a legal person or an organisational unit without legal personality that placed an order (subscription) for the Newsletter Service.
Usage of the Newsletter Service is dependent on meeting the following minimum technical requirements by the Customer’s terminal equipment and data communications system: (i) a computer, a laptop or other multimedia device with Internet access, (ii) access to e-mail and an active e-mail address, (iii) web browser: Mozilla Firefox version 17.0 or newer, Internet Explorer version 10.0 or newer, Opera version 12.00 or newer, Google Chrome version 23.0 or newer, Safari version 5.0 or newer, (iv) recommended minimum screen resolution of 1024x768, (v) Javascript enabled in your web browser, (vi) a keyboard or other pointing device to permit correct completion of electronic forms.
The Service Provider shall provide the Newsletter Service by electronic means pursuant to these Regulations via the website www.gww.pl (hereinafter: the “Website”).
The Regulations shall be made available free of charge on the Website in a form that enables to download it, view it and save it. Everyone can read the Regulations. By accepting these Regulations, the Customer shall enter into an agreement on Newsletter Service provision by the Service Provider.
§ 2 Ordering and deactivating the Newsletter Service
In order to activate Newsletter Service you should:
use a device that has access to the Internet and an installed and properly configured up-to-date web browser version,
place an order by providing your e-mail address in the electronic form available on the Website,
accept the Regulations by ticking the checkbox next to the statement “I have read and accepted the GWW Newsletter Service Regulations and I accept the terms and conditions”,
confirm that you have read the information clause regarding the processing of the Customer’s personal data by the Service Provider by checking the box next to the statement “I have read the following information clause”,
activate the “Subscribe” button,
have an active e-mail address,
The Customer shall be responsible for the content, conformity and accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. It shall be forbidden to upload any illegal content.
The Customer may unsubscribe from the Newsletter Service at any time, which shall be equivalent to immediate termination of the Newsletter Service agreement.
In order to deactivate the Newsletter Service, click the “Unsubscribe” link provided in the content (footer) of the received Newsletter or send an e-mail with the subject “Rezygnuję z Usługi Newsletter” [Unsubscribe from the Newsletter Service] sent to: info@alert.gww.pl.
Deactivation of the Newsletter Service may also take place upon the Service Provider’s initative if the Customer fails to comply with the obligations required under these Regulations or in the event of discontinuance of Newsletter Service provision by the Service Provider.
Upon deactivation of the Newsletter Service, the Service Provider shall no longer send Newsletters to the Customer’s email address.
The Customer may re-order the Newsletter Service at any time.
§ 3 Complaint Procedure
Complaints regarding the Service should be submitted in writing to the following address: ul. Dobra 40, 00-344 Warsaw or electronically to: info@alert.gww.pl.

The complaint should include:
contact details of the complainant, necessary to respond to the complaint,
a description of the Service-related irregularities, and the Customer’s expectations regarding resolution.
Complaints shall be handled by the Service Provider immediately upon receipt. The Service Provider shall immediately notify the complainant of the decision regarding the complaint by e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the complaint form or by registered mail to the address indicated in the complaint.
§ 4 Amendments to the Regulations
The Regulations may be updated to adapt to amendments to generally applicable regulations or changes in the Service offered.
Amendments to these Regulations shall come into force on the date specified in the notice of their amendment, however not earlier than within 14 days from their announcement.
These Regulations shall be binding upon the Customer unless the Customer unsubscribes from the Newsletter Service within 14 days from the date of receiving notice on their amendment – if the Customer does not accept the new content of the Regulations.
§ 5 Final provisions
Invalidity of one of the provisions of the Regulations shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Regulations.
In all matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the applicable Polish law shall apply, unless otherwise provided by the mandatory provisions of law in the country of the Customer.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Website, including the provision of the Service, shall be settled by a Polish common court.
